Return and Exchange Policy
1. The goods must have been purchased within the last seven (07) days, and should meet the following criteria:
- Goods must belong to the approved return and exchange product category.
- The goods for which wrong prices are either charged or displayed on the app/site.
- The goods which have wrong or damaged packaging.
- Wrong Product/Model/Variant/Size/Color

2. The goods covered under return and exchange policy shall only be accepted if they are properly packed, and are in sellable condition.
3. Customer will bear the logistics cost for collection of items that are to be refunded or exchanged.
Goods that are not covered under Return and Exchange policy:
- Temperature sensitive food products, cosmetics, perfumes, and undergarments.
- The goods made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized.
- The goods which have incomplete accessories/freebies/FOC at the time of return.
- Gift cards/on sale/promotional products will not be returned.
- Change of mind is not acceptable.

Refund Procedure
- Upon acceptance of return/exchange request, customer will be notified on the app.
- In case of return, the purchase amount will be topped-up in customer’s wallet excluding shipping charges (if applicable)
- In case of exchange, customer will be informed on app about the scheduled delivery date and time.

Warranty Policy
- Electronics, household items, toys and accessories are covered under check warranty at the time of receiving, and can be returned on the spot if there is any noticeable fault/malfunction/missing item.
- Once accepted by customers, Imtiaz shall hold no responsibility of the items sold. However, the customer may seek assistance from respective brand’s warranty centers, if any defect is found during the warranty period.
